The Village of Middleville has been through some changes
The Middleville Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is proud to showcase the remarkable transformations made possible through our Facade Grant Program.
First introduced in 2006, the program continues to support participants today providing matching funds to property owners and eligible tenants within the DDA District who wish to enhance the exterior appearance of their commercial buildings. Designed to preserve the historic character of Downtown Middleville, strengthen business viability, fill vacant storefronts, and beautify the streetscape, the program plays a vital role in maintaining a vibrant and welcoming community. All projects follow the DDA Building Facade Design Guidelines. By upholding these standards, the DDA ensures that every improvement contributes to a cohesive, attractive, and historically mindful downtown. Just as importantly, these guidelines reflect the DDA’s commitment to supporting local business owners providing the tools, resources, and funding needed to help them succeed within the DDA District.
